Welcome to the Communications Department Page
At Harvest, the Communications Department exists to support helping people develop a heart for God through correct, clear, and creative communication. From words and visuals to video and design, we love working together to tell the story of what God is doing in and through Harvest. Below you’ll find details about the services the Communications Department provides, along with helpful information on timelines, processes, expectations, and more.
Our Team
Behind every graphic, video, or announcement is a person who loves what they do and who they get to serve. Meet the team that brings heart and creativity into every project:

Project Timelines
We’re a small team serving the big needs of five ministries. Because requests come in daily, we work through them in the order they’re received, doing our best to give each one the time and attention it deserves. To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that all project requests be submitted at least two weeks before they’re needed. This timeline helps us balance new requests with weekly and previously submitted projects already underway. If we accept your project with your requested due date, you can expect it to be completed within two weeks of submission. While we’ll always do what we can, last-minute requests or projects with built-in ordering or delivery timelines may not be possible.
In-House Print Options
We’ve put together a few standard print sizes to make it easy for you to share information that looks great and stays consistent across all our ministries. Choosing from these options helps keep everything we print unified and effective so your message stands out and fits in. Take a look at the sizes below to find the best fit for your project!

Each print size serves a different purpose to help your message reach people in the best way. Signs are great for sharing a small amount of information in a large, eye-catching format; perfect for quick details or announcements people can see at a glance. Flyers work best for information that’s meant to be taken home or read in detail, especially when there’s too much to fit on a sign or card. Cards are ideal for simple, memorable information; something easy to hand out, keep, or use as an invitation.
